Scaling AI Across Enterprise Operations
As large organizations accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence into their operations, many marketing teams face the same challenge: automating complex processes without sacrificing quality, consistency, or speed of execution.
It is within this context that Draft & Goal was founded. Created in Montreal by Vincent Terrasi and Nabil Tayeb, the startup specializes in agentic AI applied to marketing and digital operations.
The company develops a platform that enables organizations to automate complex marketing workflows, accelerate content production, optimize SEO operations, and deploy AI at scale across enterprise environments.
AI Already Deployed Within Major French Enterprises
In just a few years, Draft & Goal has earned the trust of major French and European organizations, including TotalEnergies, Decathlon, La Poste, Jellyfish, Karavel, and Delsey.
Its collaboration with TotalEnergies is one of the clearest examples of the platform’s impact. TotalEnergies manages thousands of SEO pages across its operations. Before Draft & Goal, each update required approximately four hours of manual work, limiting the team to just two articles per day. The bottleneck was not content creation itself, but orchestration: gathering data, applying brand and SEO guidelines, validating outputs, and publishing at scale.
Draft & Goal automated this orchestration end-to-end. Results include:
- Article update time reduced from 4 hours to 20 minutes
- Daily production capacity increased from 2 to 24 articles — a 1,200% productivity gain
- Annual review costs reduced from $312,000 to $26,520 — a 92% reduction
This collaboration also led Draft & Goal and TotalEnergies to win the Innovation Award at the 2025 SEMY Awards in Paris.
💬 “Generating content has never been the hard part. Orchestrating it across thousands of pages, with strict brand and SEO requirements, while validating every output — that’s the hard part. That’s what large organizations need to solve, and that’s what we’re building.”
— Nabil Tayeb, Co-Founder and CEO of Draft & Goal
A Growth Strategy Structured Between Montreal and Paris
While the company was founded in Montreal, its growth quickly became structured between Quebec and France.
Based in France, co-founder Vincent Terrasi actively contributes to the company’s technological development and visibility among major European enterprises.
This close proximity to the French market has enabled Draft & Goal to accelerate adoption among organizations seeking to integrate AI concretely into their operations.
Building on this momentum, the company is now opening its first office in Paris to further accelerate its European expansion.
Next Step: Expanding Across Europe
Draft & Goal continues its growth today with the ambition of solidifying its position as a leading player in agentic AI applied to enterprise operations.
The company will participate in VivaTech in Paris from June 17 to 20 alongside Québec Tech, as it continues to build strategic partnerships across Europe.
